The Role of training team
Ignite depends greatly on the leadership of Training Team! These student volunteers are the hands and feet of much of the behind-the-scenes work—loving and encouraging both co-chair and prayer team’s leadership development and obedience to Christ. Trainers also empower core fours to love, serve, and lead each other and their counselors well.
This year, Training Team consists of four Co-Chair Trainers and four Prayer-Team Trainers led by the two Leadership Training Execs. Together, this team’s desire to serve God through Ignite overflows into everything they do!
