The purpose of the Community Development Team is to strengthen and expand diversity* within Ignite in order to create an inclusive community that points campers to the local church and reflects the Kingdom of Heaven. 

Definition of Diversity*: Diversity includes representation from various demographics such as race, ethnicity, gender, culture, socioeconomic status, Christian denominations, church experiences, etc.
