The role of
Core Fours
Four individuals lead each camp of counselors: two co-chairs and two prayer team leaders. Together they equip their counselors with the Gospel, foster a culture of love and faithfulness, and prepare to connect incoming students to the body of Christ in Austin. Core Fours grow in wisdom alongside their brothers and sisters while practicing Christ-centered servant leadership in their camp.
Co-Chairs
At retreat in August, co-chairs create an environment for campers to hear the Gospel and feel the love of Christ through their counselors. They lead camp bonding like Big Camp Time and oversee the logistics of small groups.
Prayer Team
Need a prayer team leader? Look no further than the prayer room! They're available for spiritual conversations and relational prayer 24 hours a day at retreat, and all year they lead their camps to rely on God through prayer.
