Ignite depends greatly on the leadership of Training Team! These student volunteers are the hands and feet of much of the behind-the-scenes work, loving and encouraging both co-chair and prayer team in their leadership development and obedience to Christ. Trainers also empower Core 4s to love, serve, and lead each other and their counselors well.

This year, Training Team is four Co-Chair Trainers and four Prayer Team Trainers, led by our two Leadership Training Execs. Together, this team's desire to serve God through Ignite overflows into everything they do!
